The subject of the contract is the performance of a passenger transport service, consisting in transporting school children and youth by the shortest route and the Contractor's own means of transport, operated by the Contractor's own drivers to schools located in Wałbrzych and Nowy Siodło.
The subject of the contract has been divided into four Tasks.
Transport of school children and youth by the shortest route and own means of transport, operated by their own drivers, to the School and Preschool Complex No. 4 in WałbrzychTransport of school children and youth by the shortest route and own means of transport, operated by their own drivers, to the School and Preschool Complex No. 4 in Wałbrzych (75 11 Listopada Street, 58-302 Wałbrzych):
a) bringing to school and dropping off after classes a group of approx. 45 students from the Rusinowa district,
b) bus stops: Osiedle Górnicze (near ABC), Pętla 5, 25 Głuszycka Street, 2 Noworudzka Street, 6 Strzegomska Street (loop "11"), Parkland (bus line stop No. 5), parking in front of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 4 at the public transport stop,
c) service performed from Monday to Friday, only on school days, from 27 February 2023 to 23 June 2023,
d) transport of all students at 7:20, return - 2 rounds (departure from school at 13:30 and 14:30), service performed with the help of one vehicle,
e) The Ordering Party provides a guardian during transport.
1.The contracting authority shall specify the following requirements for guardians:
(a) an adult;
(b) with a minimum of primary education;
(c) capable of being held liable (criminal, civil) for acts or omissions in connection with the care provided;
(d) physically fit;
(e) having the ability to perform basic care activities in the vehicle;
(f) has been trained in first aid;
g) has a current certificate of no criminal record.
h) is not included in the Register referred to in the Act of 13 May 2016. (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 152, as amended) on counteracting threats of sexual crime.
i) the duties of guardians include: ensuring the safety of students during transport and when entering and leaving the vehicle; checking the student attendance list; immediately inform the medical services and the Ordering Party about any situations posing a threat to students.

a) bringing to school and dropping off after classes a group of approx. 50 students from the Stary Zdrój and Poniatów districts,
a) morning transport of students to school performed by 1 course: 7.15 – departure from the Stary Zdrój district, bus stops: Braci Śniadeckich Street, Wrocławska Street, Orkana Street (5 stops), Wrocławska Street, parking lot at the school 2 Główna Street, 39 Dunikowskiego Street, approx. 50 students transported in total,
b) the service performed from Monday to Friday, only on school days, from 27 February 2023 to 23 June 2023,
c) transport of all students at approx. 7.45 a.m.
d) return - 2 rounds (Monday - Friday)
- 1.30 p.m. – departure to the Stary Zdrój - Poniatów district of approx. 25 students,
- 2.30 p.m. – departure to the Stary Zdrój - Poniatów district of approx. 25 students,
(e) a service provided by one or two means of transport,
f) The Contractor provides a guardian for the duration of the transport (1 guardian for one means of transport, the driver cannot be a guardian at the same time),

Transport of school children and youth by the shortest route and own means of transport, operated by their own drivers, to the Special School and Educational Center in Nowy SiodłoTransport of school children and youth by the shortest route and own means of transport, operated by their own drivers, to the Special School and Educational Center in Nowy Siodło (Nowe Siodło 73, 58-350 Mieroszów):
a) bringing to school and dropping off after classes a group of approx. 40 hearing-impaired students from Wałbrzych,
b) in connection with the accommodation of some students in the dormitory at the Special School and Educational Center in Nowy Siodle, the number of students transported on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will be smaller – approx. 20 students (the above days may change due to the organization of the school year),
c) bus stops: Nowe Miasto bus stop – 11 Listopada 174 street approx. 6.35 a.m., Stary Zdrój – 39 Armii Krajowej street approx. 6.40 a.m., Szczawienko – Wrocławska 88 street approx. 6.50 a.m., Podzamcze – Aleja Podwale – Basztowa street approx. 6.55 a.m., Piaskowa Góra 17 Długa street approx. 7.00 a.m., Biały Kamień – Andersa 152 street – Wańkowicza, approx. 7.15 a.m., Śródmieście – ul. Konopnickiej 7 approx. 7.20 a.m., Limanowskiego 10 approx. 7.25 a.m., Podgórze – ul. Niepodległości 152 approx. 7.30 a.m., 208 Niepodległości St. approx. 7.35 a.m., approx. 7.50 a.m., parking lot at the Special School and Educational Center in Nowy Siodle, The Ordering Party informs that in connection with the implementation of the task entitled "Renovation of 1 Maja Street" of the provincial road No. 367, the Contractor will be obliged to perform transport in accordance with the current traffic organization.
d) service provided from Monday to Friday, only on school days, from 27 February 2023 to 23 June 2023.
e) transport of students at 8.00 a.m., return at 3.10 p.m.,
(f) a service provided by one or two means of transport,
g) The Contractor provides adult guardians for the duration of the transport (1 guardian for one means of transport, the driver cannot be a guardian at the same time).

a) bringing to school and dropping off after classes a group of approx. 80 students from the Lubiechów and Szczawienko districts,
b) the service performed from Monday to Friday, only on school days, from 27 February 2023 to 23 June 2023,
c) transport of students to school for 2 rounds: at 7:50 and 8:45, return - 2 rounds (departure from school at 13:40 and approx. 14:30-14:40; the number of students dropped off at a given time is variable, depending on the classes carried out at school),
d) stop places for the course at 7:50 a.m. – Wilcza Street, loop and railway house (3 stops), Wrocławska – Palm House, Uczniowska – Cersanit, Wrocławska Street – RODZINKA Children's Home, General Charles de Gaulle Avenue – Skoda salon, parking in front of the Public Primary School No. 21 in Wałbrzych, stop places for the course at 8:45 – Wrocławska Street – Palm House, General Charles de Gaulle Avenue – Skoda salon, General Charles de Gaulle Avenue – intersection with Podwale Street, parking in front of Public Primary School No. 21 in Wałbrzych,
(e) a service provided by one or two means of transport,
f) The Contractor provides a guardian(s) for the duration of the transport (1 guardian per 1 means of transport; the driver cannot be a guardian at the same time),
g) requirements for guardians: guardianship may be exercised by an adult capable of bearing responsibility (criminal, civil) for an act or omission in connection with the care provided, full legal capacity and full exercise of public rights, minimum primary education, no conviction by a final court judgment for an intentional crime prosecuted by public indictment or intentional fiscal crime and lack of inclusion in the Register, referred to in the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime;
h) is not included in the Register referred to in the Act of 13 May 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 152, as amended). on countering the risks of sexual crime;
(i) responsibilities of guardians: ensuring the safety of pupils during transport and when entering and exiting the vehicle; checking the student attendance list; immediately inform the medical services and the Ordering Party about any situations posing a threat to students.
