1. The loan will be granted to cover the planned deficit in the amount of PLN 10,271,000.00 and to finance the repayment of liabilities previously incurred in the amount of PLN 3,329,000.00.
2. The loan amount for the above purpose will be PLN 13,600,000.00 (say: thirteen million, six hundred thousand, PLN 00/100).
3. The loan will be released in the amount of:
I PLN 7,000,000 until 20/09/2019
II PLN 6,600,000.00 until November 15, 2019
The loan will be granted in Polish zlotys.
For comparison purposes, when calculating the offer price it should be assumed that the loan will be launched:

During the performance of the contract, the Employer allows the possibility of changing the repayment of loan installments.

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR for the purpose related to the public procurement procedure entitled "Long-term loan in the amount of PLN 13,600.00";
The recipients of your personal data will be persons or entities to whom documentation of proceedings based on art. 8 and art. 96 section 3 of the Act of 29.1.2004 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579 and 2018), hereinafter the "PPL Act";
Your personal data will be stored in accordance with art. 97 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, for a period of 4 years from the date of termination of the contract award procedure, and if the duration of the contract exceeds 4 years or the Purchaser has been obliged to store documentation over 4 years, the storage period covers the entire designated period;
The obligation for you to provide your personal data directly related to you is a statutory requirement specified in the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, related to participation in a public procurement procedure; the consequences of not providing specific data result from the Public Procurement Law;
With regard to your personal data, decisions will not be taken in an automated manner, applying to art. 22 GDPR;
You have:
- based on Article. 15 GDPR, the right to access your personal data regarding you,
- based on Article. 16 GDPR, the right to rectify your personal data,
- based on Article. 18 GDPR, the right to request the administrator to limit the processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in art. 18 clause 2 GDPR,
- the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
You are not entitled to:
- in connection with art. 17 clause 3 lit. b, d or e GDPR, the right to delete personal data,
- the right to transfer personal data referred to in art. 20 GDPR,
- based on Article. 21 GDPR, the right to object to the processing of personal data, because the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR.
