The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste collected separately and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Kozłów commune and the organization, maintenance and operation of the stationary PSZOK in 2023.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste collected separately and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Municipality of Kozłów and the organization, maintenance and operation of a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Municipality of Kozłów or in the neighboring commune, but at a distance of not more than 25 km from the border of the municipality of Kozłów, calculated as a "road" distance (not in a straight line), with the possibility of easy access by residents of the Kozłów commune in 2023. PSZOK service is also understood as the management of municipal waste collected selectively collected as part of PSZOK from the inhabitants of the Kozłów commune.
