Procurement and commissioning of printing and copying systems for the city of Passau

The City of Passau plans to rent digital, network-compatible copying and printing systems for its facilities as a replacement for the expiring leasing and service contracts.

The aim is the all-in rental of printing and copying systems for a maximum term of 60 months.

The contractor must deliver the equipment and install them in the client's buildings so that they can be used by the client's employees at the start of the contract.

The demand is divided into two items (Lot 1 +2) and includes on the one hand the demand in the buildings of the city of Passau itself, and on the other hand in its schools.
