Description:
Service and maintenance market for individual heating and hot water devices, and mechanical ventilation for rental parks in Aube Immobilier and SIABA

Maintenance, upkeep, troubleshooting, repair, reconditioning and replacement of parts with full warranty, of individual heating and hot water production devices and mechanical ventilation of the respective rental fleets of Aube Immobilier and SIABA.

The services are broken down into two items:

1) so-called "flat-rate" services: preventive and corrective maintenance (P2 and P3) flat-rate equipment with supply of original spare parts or certified by certificate from the equipment manufacturer;

2) “non-fixed price” services: one-off work at unit prices on purchase orders for work that is not part of the so-called “flat-rate” services.

This contract is a mono-awarding framework agreement to purchase orders in application of article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code, without minimum or maximum according to the provisions of article R. 2162- 4 of the same code.
