It is proposed to construct both schools on the 5.24 Ha./13 Acre campus site identified. Both schools and all elements of the site works are to be designed and constructed in accordance with all Technical Guidance and in accordance with the parameters as set out in the site strategy drawing. Separate appointments will be made for quantity surveyor, mechanical and electrical, civil and structural, PSDP.
