In addition to the previous vehicle concept, a new armor car is being procured. In conjunction with the vehicles available in the fire department, this vehicle is intended to combine or supplement the features in such a way that new operational tactical and technical requirements are taken into account in technical assistance.
Chassis and bodyLot 1 tenders the chassis and body for an armor car (RW).
There must be a suitable authorized workshop for the chassis in Erkelenz or the vicinity of the municipality (a maximum of approx. 50 km) and recognized by the vehicle supplier. Any transfers that may be necessary as part of the vehicle assembly must be discussed with the client, shown accordingly and, if necessary, included in the calculation. The required maximum dimensions must be taken into account when selecting the chassis. Any special features should be pointed out separately, which may have to be taken into account and explained accordingly in an ancillary offer.
If the offer prices for the bodywork only apply in conjunction with a chassis of a specific manufacturer or in a special design or equipment, this shall be noted. A different offer price for the body on another offered chassis must then be specified. All drawers and flaps as well as all built-in devices must be permanently secured in such a way that unintentional opening or falling out while driving and in the event of an accident is effectively prevented. During expansion, it is essential to ensure that logically connected loading groups are formed and that possible open spaces are not unnecessarily added by installations. The preliminary remark in firefighting loading planning is urgently referred to. To summarize the assemblies, plastic containers that are as similar as possible, but at least tailored to size, sufficiently stable plastic containers (Euro standard containers: The external dimensions must be matched to Euro pallets standard 1200 mm x 800 mm), unless otherwise specified. The container must be labelling on the front and back of the container! Empty spaces are to be used consistently or made usable!
All used location or direction information or designations (left, right, etc.) can always be seen in the direction of travel.
Firefighting loadingLot 2 is tendering fire-brigade loading for an armor truck (RW).
The load planning of the RW is essentially in line with DIN-14555-3. The load was changed or supplemented based on operational experience and local regulations. The load listed in the service description should be accommodated in the vehicle as completely as possible. The arrangement of the loading in the equipment rooms is based on nine equipment rooms (G1 - GR). It is particularly important to ensure that related equipment (e.g. chainsaw and accessories, various toolboxes) are stored in a logical way. During expansion, it is important to ensure that sensible loading groups are formed and that possible open spaces are not unnecessarily added by installations. Sufficiently stable plastic containers (in Euro pallet size division) must be used to summarize the assemblies as possible. The contents of the container can be clearly labeled on the front and back of the container. Ensure that there is sufficient space for easy storage and storage (even when no longer repackaged). The loading planning (assignment to equipment rooms) is the first proposal binding and may only be changed after consultation. If an order is not possible, it is necessary to consult the client. If, in your opinion, improvements or additions to the loading plan are made, alternative/supplementary offers are permitted. Lot 2 to be offered includes the performance of all items of fire-fighting load planning described in the service description with the exceptions described in the service description. Please note any notes in the price fields when calculating. Loading items provided by the client or to be delivered by the body manufacturer will not be priced.
