Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, new administration building with lecture hall

General planning services with the following service profiles according to HOAI, gradual commissioning:

- Object planning according to HOAI Part 3, Section 1, Section 34 Buildings and Interiors, LPH 1-8;

- Object planning according to HOAI part 3, section 2, § 39 outdoor facilities, LPH 1-8;

- Object planning according to HOAI part 3, section 3, § 43 engineering structures, LPH 1-8;

- Planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 1, Section 51 Structural Design, LPH 1-6;

- Planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, Section 55 of the Technical Equipment for the Anl.Gr. 1 to 8, LPH 1-8;

- Consulting services according to HOAI Annex 1.2, building physics, thermal insulation and energy balance, building acoustics and room acoustics LPH 1-7;

- Consulting services Fire protection services accompanying planning in accordance with AHO, LPH 1-8.

Flensburg University of Applied Sciences is located south of Flensburg city center in the Sandberg district on the campus.

Flensburg University of Applied Sciences needs a new building as an administration building with an auditorium due to the lack of and limited capacity. It is planned that large parts of the administration will move into the new building in order to make room for the departments in the existing buildings.

The location for the new administration building with lecture hall is located northwest of the main building H. The location is within the B-Plan 144 of the city of Flensburg. The building should move as close as possible to the building and take into account expansion options for the future. The AStA paper shop and a container building (approx. 300 m 2nd ) which should be canceled in the run-up to the new building. The adjacent transfer station must remain.

In various preliminary studies, the space requirements, functional processes and usage dependencies were worked out with the university. The new administration building with lecture hall is approx. 1,995.25 m in accordance with the schematic design sketches 2nd Usable area 1-6 and a gross floor area of approx. 4,073 m 2nd specified.

When implementing the planned new building, the following space requirements for different types of use must be taken into account according to the current status:

- Office space, among other things for employees of the examination office, the student service, the administration, the human resources department;

- Additional office spaces, including meeting / lounge rooms;

- Storage space for office supplies and parcels / mailboxes;

- printing and copying rooms;

- server and switch rooms;

- Cleaning and sanitary rooms, tea kitchen;

- Media lecture hall with cathedral dome.

The Flensburg University of Applied Sciences strives for double use of the lecture hall, namely as a lecture hall / event hall and as a media dome / planetarium. This requires the installation of a dome for the projection. According to the university, it can be used as a media dome / planetarium for 70 people. The dome should be as maintenance-free as possible.

Certification according to the underlying assessment system for sustainable building for federal buildings (BNB) is planned for the construction project. It should be noted here that the new building is an administrative building. Certification according to BNB Standard Gold is sought. A separate BNB coordinator is commissioned for BNB advice on certification. The general planner must provide services in connection with the BNB certification.

In this award procedure, planning offices with experience from similar measures, with the focus on new administration, seminar and lecture hall buildings, sustainable building are invited to participate in the competition.

General planning services in accordance with HOAI, gradual commissioning:

- Object planning according to HOAI Part 3, Section 1, Section 34 Buildings and Interiors, LPH 1-8;

- Object planning according to HOAI part 3, section 2, § 39 outdoor facilities, LPH 1-8;

- Object planning according to HOAI part 3, section 3, § 43 engineering structures, LPH 1-8;

- Planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 1, Section 51 Structural Design, LPH 1-6;

- Planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, Section 55 of the Technical Equipment for the Anl.Gr. 1 to 8, LPH 1-8;

- Consulting services according to HOAI Annex 1.2, building physics, thermal insulation and energy balance, building acoustics and room acoustics LPH 1-7;

- Consulting services Fire protection services accompanying planning in accordance with AHO, LPH 1-8.

The client reserves the right to award only a part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.

The total construction costs of KG 200 to 700 were estimated at EUR 15.1 million gross.
