Electrical services. Repair and maintenance services of electrical machinery, apparatus and associated equipment. Wolverhampton Homes requires an established, suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to:

— Provide Electrical Periodic Testing to various non-domestic areas in different types of buildings throughout the City;

— Provide Portable and Fixed Appliance Testing at various locations throughout the City;

— Carry out remedial works following the testing of installations. The Contractor must be registered as a member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) or equivalent approved body. All Tenderers must hold a relevant Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) certificate which includes Construction Contractor, Principal Contractor, CDMC, Designer, Group and Non-Construction as part of the SSIP audit. All Tenderers must be registered on Constructionline and have a Contract Notation of at least 50 000 GBP in an appropriate Category. The term of the Contract shall be 4 years with the option to extend for annually for a further 2 years.
