Description:

The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of solar collector installations and photovoltaic installations in the commune of Kamień within the framework of the project 'Purchase and assembly of installations using renewable energy sources in the commune of Kamień'.


Supply and assembly of solar collector installations on residential buildings in the Kamień Commune

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Employer for 186 sets of solar collector installations for hot water production together with a structure adapted to the mounting location, including:

a) 77 solar collector installation sets consisting of 2 collectors and a 200-liter hot water heater mounted on the roofs or facades of residential buildings,

b) 102 solar collector installation sets consisting of 3 collectors and a 300-liter hot water heater mounted on the roofs or facades of residential buildings,

c) 7 sets of solar collector installations consisting of 4 collectors and a 400-liter hot water heater mounted on the roofs or facades of residential buildings,

2) installation of solar collectors with the use of system assembly kits and connection sets, intended for a given type of collector, the optimal angle of inclination of the collectors should be used, unchanged for collector exposure throughout the year, ranging from 30 about up to 60 about and arrangement of collectors possibly in the southern direction, with an acceptable deviation from this direction in the range from -45 about up to +45 about .

3) disassembly of the existing hot water heater and disconnecting it from the existing installation (the disassembled heater remains at the disposal of the facility owner),

4) installation of a new hot water heater together with a mixing valve and integration into the hot water system circuit,

5) assembly and insulation of pipelines between collectors, pump group and hot water heater,

6) assembly of the pump group,

7) installation of temperature sensors in solar collectors and in the tank,

8) flushing with solar fluid and carrying out leakage tests of the solar installation,

9) filling, venting and properly adjusting the liquid flow and determining the correct pressure according to the solar collector manufacturer's instructions,

10) finishing at least according to the original condition of the installation passages (plaster / insulation, penetration through walls, ceilings, roof) and effective protection against atmospheric conditions of places outside the facility where the works were carried out,

11) programming and starting the automation system together with connecting the communication modem to the controller and fixing it to the wall next to the pump group,

12) informing the user about the principles of operating the solar system and providing device instructions in Polish. Informing the user about the safety rules and proper operation of the solar collector installations and providing device instructions,

13) other elements included in Annex 1a to the ToR and the Draft Contract constituting Annex 2a to the ToR.


Supply and assembly of photovoltaic installations on the ground in the commune of Kamień

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer, 7 sets of photovoltaic installations, together with a structure adapted to the mounting location, including:

a) 1 set of photovoltaic installations consisting of 10 pcs of solar panels with a capacity of min. 3.0 kWp mounted on the ground,

b) 1 set of solar farms consisting of 12 pcs of solar panels with a capacity of min. 3.6 kWp installed on the ground,

c) 5 sets of photovoltaic installations consisting of 17 pcs of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of min. 5.1 kWp mounted on the ground,

2) installation of inverters and other devices,

3) assembly of complete wiring,

4) installation of overvoltage protections,

5) bringing AC cables to the existing fuse block of the building and adapting it to connect a new circuit,

6) tests, installation regulation,

7) technological commissioning of the installation,

8) training users on the principles of proper operation of completed solar installations together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users,

9) embedding an Internet modem (LAN module) for the purposes of implementing intelligent energy management systems based on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies),

10) connecting the installation to the power grid together with the notification of connecting the micro-installations to the distribution network of PGE Dystrybucja SA, Lublin Branch, Chełm Energy District based on the guidelines available on the plant's website,

11) other elements included in Annex 1b to the ToR and the Contract Draft constituting Annex 2b to the ToR.
