The purpose of this contract is the development, qualification, supply and maintenance of the following FDI for the major TENs substations:

- BCU : Bay Control Unit;

- PIU : Process Interface Unit.

Each contractor of this contract will have to provide the following services:

- Development, qualification and supply of each FDI;

- Commissioning support;

- Support in the integration phase;

- Formation;

- On-site intervention;

- Maintenance of FDI in operational condition.

The estimated maximum volume for supply is 2418 BCUs and 5390 ERAPs.

The services of this market are:

- The development and qualification of the ERAP and BCU;

- The provision of the UBC and ERAP after the development and qualification phase associated with each FDI;

- Support for RTE teams in the integration and commissioning phases;

- Training and on-site interventions according to RTE needs;

- Maintenance in operational condition of the BCU and ERAP.
