Award of services for the maintenance of the outdoor facilities on the grounds of the Rossendorf research site with the lots:

> cleaning of traffic areas (LOT 1)

> Maintenance of green areas (LOT 2)

The Contractor shall properly clean roads, hard lanes, parking lots, footpaths, house entrance areas and storage areas. Surfaces paved with natural stone and concrete paving and cutting channels must be kept permanently free of weeds. The wild weed must be permanently removed with the root, the use of chemical agents is not permitted.

The collected cleaning material must be disposed of by the Contractor at an approved landfill.

During cleaning, plastic, paper, cans, bottles, rubbish and similar smaller waste must be collected and disposed of properly.

The cleaning of floor drains and gullies is not a scope of services. Machines and other necessary equipment shall be provided by the Contractor.

The unit prices to be stated in the price compilation refer to one square metre of area to be managed and used according to the aforementioned categories.

As a result of or as a result of construction measures, areas may be removed or added from the scope of services after appropriate information from the Client. The area shall be updated once a year and communicated to the Contractor.

Meadows, biotopes and woody plants must be properly processed and maintained. In cooperation with the environmental protection officer, rare and protected plants must be preserved.

Chemical plant treatment products to combat unwanted growth are prohibited. Chemical plant treatment products for the control of pests and diseases may only be used with the written permission of the Client.

For the disposal of the green waste, the Contractor must provide green waste containers with doors for ground-level insertion of the green waste, keep them available over the entire vegetation period and empty them as required. The installation locations of the green waste containers are to be coordinated with the Client The clippings must be disposed of professionally by the Contractor.

In the course of maintaining and mowing the green areas, contamination with paper, plastic, etc. must be remedied. The impurities must be disposed of properly (yellow bag, garbage can).

Machines and other necessary equipment shall be provided by the Contractor.
