St Albans City and District Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the Cost consultancy services for the highly visible City Centre Opportunity site project (North Phase). The key outcome from this appointment is to provide accurate full elemental cost plan based on the RICS New Rules of Measurement (NRM) through RIBA stages 2 to 6. These Cost Plans are for a new mixed use scheme including residential flats, commercial space and retail for sale on the open market. The deadline for submission is 13:00 on 9.5.2019.
