Almi AB invites to the procurement of a standardized system solution for seminar systems, event bookings and implementation of hybrid events and webinars.
The system solution shall consist of one or more systems that together form a whole, which are provided as a SaaS service, i.e. as a total commitment where the supplier is responsible for ongoing operation and hosting, maintenance, management and continuous further development.
The contract period including option years is estimated to be a total of 9 years. Almi AB intends to sign an Agreement with 1 Supplier.
Deadline for applications is 3 November.
The procurement is carried out using a negotiated procedure.
