SBH | As the state enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school real estate, taking into account school issues, and of the more than 400 schools to the school authority and vocational training (BSB) for rent.

A new school building with the integration of the ReBBZ (Regional Education and Counselling Centre) is to be built in Reinbeker Redder / Hamburg Bergedorf. In addition to teaching and consultation areas, the new building also contains a single-field sports hall and areas for all-day care with canteen and warm-up kitchen. The new building is a basement building with five floors above ground. The basement is designed as a "white tub", the upper floors follow in solid construction. From the 3rd floor, the building has recesses, here roof surfaces are formed which are designed as green roofs. The main roof is also designed as a green roof, here are the technical systems such as ventilation and PV system.
