The consultation is initiated in the form of an open call for tenders according to articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 and R. 2162-1 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The contract is concluded by means of a framework agreement fixing all contractual provisions (executed by means of purchase orders) and at unit prices with a single contractor. The benefits are divided into two consultation lots referred to below. Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract.
Lot 1 — Cheiron-Estéron sector.
Lot 2 — Haut-Var sector.
Candidates can bid lots to all. Variants are allowed. Variants may relate to clause 3.2 of the special technical clauses specification. The candidate will be able to propose alternative vehicles to diesel for part or all of the fleet. The other clauses are intangible. The candidate is not required to accompany his variant with a basic offer.
