1. The subject of the contract is a service including the preparation of a graphic design of a poster and the printing and distribution of posters to 182 address points for the purposes of the educational and information campaign of the task entitled "Update of the Air Quality Plan for the Malopolska Region – stage II" financed by the Voivodship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Krakow.

The conditions for the performance of the contract (including the rules for the transfer of copyrights) are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement agreement – model contract and constitute Annex 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).

Pursuant to the instruction resulting from Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority shall specify that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, to employ persons performing activities in the field of performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).

5. 5. The order is financed from the funds of the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Krakow.
