The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for service assignments for consultancy services regarding small and large assignments in our churches and other properties. The framework agreement can be used by several relevant sections at the Church Warden and the Cemeteries and Burials Agency for various assignments. The framework agreement will be signed with three tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. In existing procurement, framework agreements shall be signed for construction manager services. This procurement applies to parallel framework agreements for typical construction manager services, including financial monitoring and progress control.
