The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Skoki Commune, as well as the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Skoki, at Rogozińska 10 A Street in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2024 A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 16 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from property owners from the skoki commune and collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Skoki at 10A Rogozińska Street in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2024

2. Within the scope of the subject of the contract, the service includes:

2.1. Collection directly from the owners of the property on which the residents live and from the owners of the property on which the residents do not live and from the property on which the summer house or other property used for recreational purposes is located, on which municipal waste of the following fractions is generated:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) paper and paperboard and packaging of paper and cardboard,

(c) metal, plastics and plastic packaging, multi-aerial packaging,

(d) glass and glass packaging,

(e) biowaste.

2.2. Receiving and landscaping of waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).

a) paper

(b) metal, plastics, multi-stock packaging waste,

(c) glass,

(d) hazardous waste arising in households,

(e) expired medicines and chemicals arising in households,

(f) waste ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes,

(g) used batteries and batteries,

(h) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

(i) furniture and other large-sized waste,

(j) worn tyres,

(k) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste,

(l) waste of textiles and clothing,

3.Supplying bags for separate collection of waste to residents of inhabited, uninhabited properties and properties used for recreational purposes.

4.Drawing up a timetable for the collection of municipal waste.

5.Maintenance of bulk containers of the type of DZWON in adequate sanitary condition.

6.Collection of expired medicines from containers located in pharmacies at the request of the Ordering Party.

7.Single collection, in the period from 1 April to 30 June, from real estate on which residents live and from real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment (including bathroom ceramics, doors, bathtubs, shower cabins, washbasins, etc.), during each year of the contract

8. Collection of municipal waste from ecological campaigns, i.e. "Earth Day" and "Cleaning the World" at the request of the Ordering Party.

9. Collection of waste from intervention actions at the request of the Ordering Party.

10.Collection of municipal waste from street bins in the City and Commune of Skoki.

11.Collection of waste from street bins for dog droppings.

12.Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 16 to swz and in the draft contract constituting Annex 19 to swz.

13. The deadline for binding to the offer is 90 days. The period for binding the tender shall begin to run on the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders.
