The ATS of the Metropolitan City of Milan bans, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, open procedure above the Community threshold aimed at acquiring Oracle subscriptions aimed at the ERP infrastructure migration project in the Cloud.The ATS of the Metropolitan City of Milan (breviter also ATS Milan or Administration) proceeds to carry out all the tender operations necessary to identify the economic operator to whom to entrust the supply covered by these Specifications for the satisfaction of the needs Own. The award by the Administration will give rise to the contractual relationship that will exist between the economic operator that will be suitable and the ATS of the Metropolitan City of Milan. The Agreement that will be entered into by the Parties following the award of this procedure, will correspond to the document called Annex 1 called "Oracle Cloud Services Agreement".
