The project is a turnkey contract and includes complete engineering design services for and the construction of road, water and sewage installations, sanitation installations, surface water management, play area and green installations, cable work, as well as parts of the ground work for the plots. The area consists of 54 residences, in a combination of flats, terraced houses and detached houses.

Title no./cadastral no. 101/504 is not included in the project, with exception of the engineering design services for f_LK 4, which is included in the project. The property shall not, in other words, be touched, but the property´s access, electrical and fibre installations, as well as water and sewage installations, must be taken care of throughout the entire construction period.
