1. The subject of the contract includes the performance of the task entitled: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Łysomice" in the period from 18.02.2023 to 31.12.2023 and equipping these properties with containers and bags for selective collection of municipal waste. 2. Detailed information on the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ entitled DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT and Annex No. 10 to the SWZ entitled CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ŁYSOMICE.

The price of the offer must be complete, unambiguous and final. The Contractor calculates the price on the basis of the Specification of the Terms of The Contract together with attachments. The valuation of the offer should take into account all the necessary elements and expected costs associated with the implementation of the task. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for examining with due diligence the subject of the contract and for obtaining information in respect of each and any conditions and obligations that may in any way affect the value or nature of the tender or the performance of the subject of the contract. 4. It is considered that the submission of the offer means that the Contractors have become familiar with all relevant laws and other legal provisions in force in the Republic of Poland, which may in any way affect or concern the activities and activities covered by the offer and the resulting public procurement contract. 5.
