Description:
Collection and management of municipal waste from the Parczew Municipality and from PSZOK from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Parczew municipality from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 from the owners of properties where residents live and from the PSZOK. Due to the number of characters, a detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Parczew municipality in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 from the owners of properties where residents live and from PSZOK.

As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect the following types of municipal waste:

1) Mixed municipal waste with codes 200301, 200399, 200199 (estimated amount – 1254Mg),

2) Separately collected waste (estimated amount – 2281) broken down into:

(a) Paper and paperboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste (40 Mg);

b) Metal, plastics, metal packaging waste, plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste (350 Mg);

c) Glass and glass packaging waste (220 Mg);

(d) Bioodpady (900 mg);

e) Ash (100 Mg);

f) RTV,AGD ( 70 Mg )

g) Bulky waste (100 Mg)

h) Waste delivered to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (501 Mg):

- Paper and cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard;

- Metal, plastics, packaging waste from metals, plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging waste;

- Glass and packaging waste from glass;

- biowaste;

- Green waste;

- Extuse medications;

- Chemicals;

- spent batteries and batteries;

- used electrical and electronic equipment;

- furniture and other large-sized waste;

- Construction and demolition waste — in the quantity of 0,5m3originating from single-family and homestead buildings and in the quantity of 0,25 m3 per unit of multi-family development in the calendar year concerned;

- Worn tyres - in the quantity of 4 pcs from the household in the calendar year concerned;

- ash;

- waste that does not qualify as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking injectable medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes;

- hazardous waste.

3. Receipt of waste referred to in paragraph 2 shall be carried out by various automobiles for individual waste fractions i.e. mixed municipal waste, selectively collected municipal waste, ash.

4. Under the order, the Contractor will be obliged to receive municipal waste

with the following frequencies:

a) multi-family housing (city area):

• Mixed municipal waste (codes 20 03 01, 20 03 99, 20 01 99) - will be collected into containers supplied by the Contractor

with capacity 1100 l and 7000 l set in places indicated by the property manager (dumpster gazebos, designated places for containers). Frequency of reception by the Contractor of mixed waste — minimum twice a week from 7.00 to 17.00.

• Selectively collected municipal and packaging waste (codes 20 01 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 01 08, 20 02 01 01 and 15 01 01.15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, ex 15 01 06 ,15 01 07, 15 01 09,). Selective collection of municipal waste on the multi-family development site will be carried out in specialized containers with capacity 1100l and 7000l provided by the Contractor. The frequency of receipt by the Contractor of this waste, depending on the location from 7.00 to 17.00:

paper and cardboard containers, paper packaging waste, cardboard packaging waste – at least twice a week;

containers for metal, plastics, metal packaging waste, plastic packaging waste, multi-material packaging waste – at least twice a week;

containers for glass and glass packaging waste – at least twice a week;

containers for bio-waste – at least twice a week.
