The Contracting Authority shall procure communication and graphical services that shall comply with the participating companies' requirements for the following services:

— Communication services;

o Communication consulting services;

o Updating and maintaining graphical profiles and templates.

— Printed matter;

o Idea solution and design of printed matter and other communication products;

o Graphic production (printing) of printed matters and other communication products.
