Subjects of the order are successive “Delivery of diesel, unleaded gasoline 95 for Municipal Department of Communication Company z o.o. in Ostrołęce”:
— Diesel:
1) the expected demand for diesel during the contract period shall be approximately 2,800 m
— unleaded gasoline 95:
1) the expected requirement for unleaded petrol 95 during the contract period is approximately 1,200 m

Subjects of the order are successive “Delivery of diesel, unleaded gasoline 95 for Municipal Department of Communication Company z o.o. in Ostrołęce”.
I. Diesel
1) The anticipated demand for diesel during the contract period is approximately 2,800 m
2) Minimum single-delivery volume — 18 m
3) The diesel fuel offered must comply with the requirements of standard PN-EN 590+A 1:2017 -06 and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels.
4) In the event of a change in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with revised regulations and standards.
5) Supply of transitional and winter diesel after the contract was placed by the Contracting Authority during the periods provided for PN-EN 590+A 1:2017 -06 and by Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels.
II. Unleaded gasoline 95
1) the expected requirement for unleaded petrol 95 during the contract period is approximately 1,200 m
2) Minimum one-time delivery volume — 5 m
3) Unleaded gasoline 95 has to comply with the requirements of standard PN-EN 228+A 1:2017 -06 and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels.
4) In the event of a change in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with revised regulations and standards.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that during the implementation of the contract, the quantity of diesel fuel, unleaded petrol 95 and the percentage of supply is subject to change and this will not constitute a basis for modifying the terms of the contract.
