The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out checks, maintenance and repairs of playgrounds located in the public domain and in the communal buildings of the City of Charenton-Le-Pont, in accordance with the legislation in force.

The contracting authority has decided not to initiate the consultation in separate batches on the following grounds: the purpose of the framework agreement does not permit the identification of separate services.

Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 24 months from the date of notification of the contract. The Framework Agreement is partly a lump sum for preventive maintenance. For the unitary part, the framework agreement is based on purchase orders.
