The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

c) execute team development pathways;

d) (interim) evaluate and adjust development pathways.

Outside the scope of this assignment is examining, auditing (educational), training sec based on skills (individual, such as conversation techniques) and supporting: determining and executing the strategic course, drawing up the quality plan, organizing and conducting Yurts and advising on organizational design and implementation of changes.
