For its property management, Familjebostäder is looking for a system solution with the functional areas of case management, maintenance planning, supervision/maintenance, inspections and warranty management. The solution will be used by the administration and operations organization, with the aim of streamlining the technical work of the building. The solution sought should not include fault reports from tenants or rental administration when this is handled in other systems.

The procurement concerns a system solution for technical property management (the processes Fault cases, Supervision/Maintenance, Inspections, Planned Maintenance and Warranty Management).
