Bardu Municipality would like to award a building and construction concession/service concession to a tenderer (hereafter applicant), who will take on the full responsibility for the engineering design services, development, ownership and operation of a high speed broadband network, with a minimum capacity of 30/10 Mbit for private customers, companies and public buildings from Setermoen (Utby) to the municipality border to Målselv (see the attached map), to the tenderer who requires the least grant from the municipality, called the Grant Model. This is subject to the municipality managing to finance the project.

Bardu Municipality would like to award a building and construction concession/service concession to a tenderer (hereafter applicant), who will take on the full responsibility for the engineering design services, development, ownership and operation of a high speed broadband network, with a minimum capacity of 30/10 Mbit for private customers, companies and public buildings, to the tenderer that requires the least grant from the municipality. The network is to go from the municipality border towards Målselv, towards Setermoen (Utby), (see the attached map). It is up to the tenderer to check where the installation must stop as a network has been developed around Setermoen.

Connection to holiday homes must be priced separately, as subsidies are not given for this.

Bardu Municipality owns street light routes on parts of the stretch. Otherwise it is up to the contractor to choose the solution/how to convey the cables. Tenderers must obtain permission to use third parties´ land and/or infrastructure before a tender is submitted. If the tenderer meets obstacles in the form of permits or other things that should have been clarified before the tender, it is the tenderer who must bear all costs for changes. Confirmation of such permits must be attached to the final documentation when the development is completed. Tenderers must carry the extra costs involved if a landowner will not voluntarily consent to excavation and/or relinquishing their land, so that the right to lay cables must be acquired by expropriation, or the cables must be laid in the sea in order to get past the property.

The award of contract will be based on NS 8407:2011.
