* Description of the procurement:

The tender includes the construction of a drinking water system with its drainage for a three-storey institute building with an additional partial basement and a roof centre.

The amount of rain is transported out of the building by means of a high-pressure drainage system.

The determined peak volume flow in the house connection line is approx. 1.5 litres per second. Essential consumables are as follows:

- 9 sanitary cores (washbasins, toilets, urinals, sinks, 1 piece barrier-free)

- 4 St. Teeküchenanschlüsse

- 2 pieces of external taps

- 2 changing areas (showers, toilets, urinals, washbasins)

- Sink in the technical and roof center as well as usage areas

- Technical make-up devices for garden or extinguishing water storage.

Hot water is generally decentralised via el. Instantaneous water heater. The row showers in the basement are supplied via clearly short connecting pipes (<3l line volume) by means of a nearby fresh water station (no circulation necessary).

Both stairwells will be equipped with dry risers.

In the outdoor area, a rainwater harvesting system (pipeline length <25m) with downstream infiltration and the connecting pipe for the well work are to be built.
