Background and needs:

Digitaliseringsdirektoraret v/avdeling for digitalisering [the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency c/o the department for digitisation] (Altinn) has a need for management of the existing HCL Appscan licences and associated support and maintenance services. There may also be a need for other additional services that a dealer can deliver, i.a. completion purchase.

‘Altinn] has the existing product portfolio as described in further detail in Annex 3. The product portfolio will be transferred to this contract. The need may change during the contract period. The overview is therefore not exhaustive.

Estimated value:

The contract has an estimated value of between 1 500 000 NOK — 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT for the entire contract period. It includes costs for the licenses and license management.

Duration and option

The contract has a duration of 3 years, with an option to extend for 1 year. The contract will start immediately after signing.
