The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) operates its own printing works. The BMAS intends to rent a digital full-color production printing system (new / brand new), a digital black-and-white production printing system (new / factory new) and a workflow and color management system in connection with the digital production printing systems for this in-house printing company. Due to the structural conditions, the maximum possible lengths of the printing systems are limited. The length of the black and white production printing system including all components must not exceed 5.40 meters. The length of the color production system including all components must not exceed 10.50 meters.
The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) operates its own printing works. It sees itself as a modern service provider, offering its internal (BMAS) and external customers a wide range of print products and services. Among other things, the printing house is divided into the areas of offset printing and digital printing with regard to the printing technologies used, as well as the post-press processing connected thereto, in which the final production of the printed products fed from both areas takes place. In digital printing, the print shop generally produces small and medium-sized, urgent and also confidential products for internal and external clients.
The BMAS intends for the in-house printing company in Bonn: the rental of a digital full color production printing system (new / brand new) and a digital black and white production printing system (new / factory new) and a workflow and color management system in connection with the digital production printing systems.
The requirements for both production pressure systems can be found in the technical specifications (Annex 3.1 and Annex 3.2 of the tender documents). Regarding the requirement for workflow and color management, reference is made to Annex 3.3 of the tender documents. Also, the conclusion of an "all-in" service contract (the requirements for the "all-in" service contract are both in Annexes 2, 4.1 and 4.2 of the tender documents), as well as the conclusion of a pool click contract = inclusive Click volume provided (more Indos in the tender documents). It is imperative to note that the in Chap. 20 of Annex 2 of the tender documents and the structural, equipment and technical conditions indicated in Annexes 2.1 and 2.2 of the tender documents are not available.
