The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of foreign business trips in the field of booking, purchase and delivery of air, rail and bus tickets, reservations and payments of accommodation and the purchase of insurance policies for employees, officers of the University of Justice and persons participating in the project entitled "Pilot penitentiary complexes", module No. 2 entitled "Modernization of the training system for prison service staff" financed by the Norwegian Mechanism Financial 2014-2021 and national measures. The organization of travel will consist of: 1) booking, purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party of air, rail and bus tickets (or tickets for other means of transport, if it is necessary to make the journey) from and to the place indicated by the Ordering Party; The Ordering Party will instruct the Contractor to organize local transfers, 2) booking accommodation in hotel facilities along with providing the Ordering Party with a confirmation of booking accommodation / voucher of the booked room in the facility, 3) organization of transport at the place of destination abroad, 4) purchase of insurance policies. During the term of the Agreement, the Ordering Party plans to carry out travel for 149 people. As part of the project, trips to European countries are planned, in particular to Norway and Romania. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.
