The mission includes leasing, supply and installation (connection) as well as the functional and technical maintenance of new machines and the supply of consumables for the production of hot drinks. The offer must also include the replacement of parts in case of repair and, if necessary, a replacement device in the event of a lasting failure.

Daily maintenance of the devices will be done by SCK-CEN employees. The supplier is obliged to provide manuals / training in the national languages and in English.
