This specifications contain information that candidates need in order to be able to get an idea of the content of the contract and thus to be able to decide whether or not to submit a tender.

In addition, the specifications shall contain the necessary information relating to the selection and award phases and shall inform candidates by means of this specifications of the procedure that the contracting authority will follow in order to reach an agreement with an undertaking which will be responsible for the performance of the contract.

This specifications are intended for the exclusive use of candidates for the purpose of submitting a tender.

This tender is not divided into lots. For coordination reasons, it was decided to enter into these activities with one contractor. Moreover, this tender remains sufficiently accessible for SMEs.
