This consultation is launched for the benefit of a group of orders composed of the municipalities of Nantes (coordinator), Bouaye, Couëron, Indre, La Chapelle-Sur-Erdre, La Montagne, Le Pellerin, Les Sorinières, Mauves-Sur-Loire, Orvault, Saint-Jean-De-Boiseau, Saint-Léger-Les-Vignes, Saint-Sébastien sur Loire and Vertou. Architectural consultancy mission consisting of assisting elected officials and municipal services in their roles and missions of interpretation and negotiation by analysing the quality of projects with regard to urban integration criteria, architectural, heritage, landscape and environmental qualities, and, if necessary, by times of dialogue with the promoters of the said projects or the services of the State

Consulting services in architecture and urban planning for the benefit of the municipality of Nantes. The contract will thus take the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders, without any minimum amount, but accompanied, for the entire overall contractual period, including renewal (i.e. 4 years), with a maximum amount of €500,000 (excluding VAT). The service provider must be able to provide all of the following services: Advice to individuals and public or private project owners, in the context of any application for authorisation under Soil Law, from the stage of opportunity to that of the amending permit, Formulation of an opinion on any application for authorisation under Soil Law, from the stage of opportunity to that of the amending permit, submitted by architects or project managers, Advice to the instructing services and municipal elected officials, as part of their examination of any application for authorization in Soil Law, from the stage of opportunity to that of the amending permit, possibly within the framework of urban planning commissions, Exchanges and dialogue with the architect of the Bâtiments de France, in conjunction with the municipalities that wish to do so, Participation and advice during competition juries organized by the municipality, Participation in ad hoc meetings on sensitive projects, in connection with a Soil Rights authorization process, Drafting of advice notes and recommendations in the ADS investigation of a specific issue. The service provider must also: be able to move around the territory independently, be reachable on weekdays, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., by email and/or mobile phone, be equipped to conduct video advice
