Medical on-call transport service in the Landshut region.

The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision of a transport service for the medical on-call service, in particular during non-consultation hours (emergency service) in the Landshut region.

The transport services are to be provided in the designated core region and within the framework of the cross-regional mediation in the neighbouring regions. During shift hours, the contractual

agreed number of vehicles and drivers. The emergency vehicle must be immobilized within a period of

15 minutes from the alarm by the mediation and advice center.

The contractor shall provide at least compact class cars or comparable

SUVs, which must have in particular all-wheel drive, an anti-lock braking system and vehicle dynamics control. The first registration must not be more than 5 years ago at the time of use and the total mileage must not exceed 300,000 km at any time. The basic colour of the vehicles must be white and must be used as an emergency vehicle of the medical on-call service with a foil lettering

be marked.

In addition to the driving service, the respective driver must have the doctor on duty at the respective place of treatment

to accompany the patient, to carry the emergency equipment and to support the doctor in a qualified manner. The drivers must be in possession of a valid driving license for passenger transport according to § 48 Fahrerlaubnis-Verordnung (FeV) and have one of the following training: Basic training medical service, training as a medical assistant, paramedic or paramedic with at least 48 h training, rescue service assistant, paramedic, paramedic, paramedic, paramedic, medical assistant, medical assistant after successful completion of the 1. Section of the medical examination (cand. med.) or a comparable training that has been successfully completed in the Bundeswehr.
