The design must provide a gantry for the interface between the deployed unit and the service platform that allows the turbine to rotate freely around the mooring at the Quebec site in Seeneoh facility. The company will supply the concept drawings and outline specifications that will be required to be met in respect of these services. The tendering party will be required to engineer these concepts into a finished design, and then fabricate, finish and assemble the unit to a specification certified to meet acceptable marine standards. The materials and finish will need to be supplied by the tendering party. Additionally, the tender will include services in respect of deploying and retrieving the unit from the test site and servicing the unit while it is deployed. The contract for testing services is subject to a completion deadline so time will be of the essence in respect of service supply.
