the purpose of this contract is to entrust its holder with the operation of a leachate treatment unit on the Saint Etienne sur Chalaronne site.

In the context of this contract, the holder is therefore responsible for:

- The implementation of the purification process to achieve the treatment objectives defined in the Cctp.

- The supply of all the pumps necessary for the realization of the treatment (pumping of leachate, discharge of treated water, ...), including electrical connections to the distribution cabinet of the site and entrance meter.

- the operation of the treatment plant in compliance with contractual performance
