The scope of transport may vary.

Transport goods:

Foodstuffs not subject to refrigeration, packaged and palletized

Furniture (tables, chairs, blackboards)

Firefighting and medical equipment, medical devices

Number of transports in the execution period:

The execution period starts on 25.09.2023 and ends on 31.12.2023. The 1st transport will take place as soon as possible, at the latest after 3 weeks after the award of the contract. Initially, 20 transports are to be carried out in 2023.

At least 1 transport per calendar week must be possible. If more than one transport is to be carried out in one calendar week, the client shall announce this in writing 3 weeks before the call-off.

There is the possibility of extending the contract in 2024 and 2025 by up to 50 transports each. At least 1 transport per calendar week must be possible.

These further transports can be ordered by the client over the entire contract period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025. The retrieval takes place with a lead time of 6 weeks. There is no acceptance obligation on the part of the client.
