This contract concerns the conclusion of various insurance contracts for the city authorities, the CPAS, the Sint-Niklaas police zone and the Waasland Aid Area and all related entities.

For this purpose, the negotiating procedure with publication is carried out at European level.

This assignment includes 2 plots:

• Plot 1: Occupational Accidents

• Plot 2: Civil Liability

All parcels were divided into subplots. However, the assignment is assigned per lot.

The tenderer can submit a quotation for one or more plots. Tenderer may supplement his quotation on the different parcels with price reductions or proposals for improvement per lot in the event of merging of certain parcels for which he submits an offer.
