AFK eiendom FKF, on behalf of AFK eiendom FKF (Contracting Authority 1) and Akershus Kollektiv Terminaler FKF (Contracting Authority 2) (these 2 are later referred to as AFK) would like tenders for:

Parallel Framework Agreements for a general Contractor and Turnkey Contractor for construction and technical work.

The intention of the Framework Agreement is to cover AFK's need for the services for projects for extensions, additions and small new buildings with a contract cost of up to 15 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The total number of assignments within the Framework Agreement, for both Contracting Authorities together, is estimated to be between 100 and 130 per annum, with the majority being small projects.

AFK's need to use the Framework Agreements will depend on the administrative and political decisions made at any one time and the scope will, therefore, vary.

AFK will also have an internal project manager who will have the overall responsibility for assignments.

The Contracting Authorities will enter into separate Framework Agreements with the chosen tenderers and will each sign separate contracts within the Framework Agreements.
