The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the preparation and control of projects implemented under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020 and the Operational Programme Eastern Poland 2014-2020.
Preparation and audit of projects implemented under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-20202. The subject of the contract shall include the preparation and carrying out:
a. In part 1 - a maximum of 410 inspections of projects of the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, including:
150 checks – checks during the implementation of the project, after the submission of the final payment application or after the end of the project,
260 controls – durability checks,
Checks will be carried out at the place of execution of the project/place of storage of documentation (including in any place directly related to the implementation of the project) in locations throughout the country. The subject of the contract shall also include the preparation and transmission to the Contracting Party full documentation related to each inspection carried out, i.e. containing all the required documents and information ensuring a full audit path, drawn up in accordance with the conditions set out in OPZ POIR.
The description of the subject of the order is specified in the detailed description of the subject matter of the order ¬ (OPZ POIR), which is Annex No 1 POIR, to SWZ.

b. In part 2 - a maximum of 650 audits of projects of the Operational Programme Eastern Poland 2014-2020, including:
350 checks – checks during the implementation of the project, after the submission of the final payment application or after the end of the project,
300 checks – durability checks,
Checks will be carried out at the place of execution of the project/place of storage of documentation (including in any place directly related to the implementation of the project) in locations throughout the country. The subject of the contract shall also include the preparation and transmission to the Contracting Party full documentation related to each inspection carried out, i.e. containing all the required documents and information ensuring a full audit path, drawn up in accordance with the conditions set out in the OPZ POPW.
