1. The subject of the contract is:

Task 1: Purchase and current delivery of ferric sulphate in the amount of up to 550 Mg for the "WARTA" S.A. Sewage Treatment Plant in Częstochowa.

Task 2: Purchase and current delivery for the "WARTA" S.A. Sewage Treatment Plant in Częstochowa of polyaluminium chloride in the amount up to 650 Mg.

2. The description of the subject of the contract for task 1 and task 2 constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ

The subject of the contract is: Purchase and current delivery of ferric sulphate in the amount of up to 550 Mg for the "WARTA" S.A. Sewage Treatment Plant in Częstochowa.

The quantity is the maximum that the Ordering Party envisages to be used during the term of the contract, i.e. until 31 December 2023.

Ferric sulphate is used in the process of chemical removal of phosphorus with the following technical parameters:

Chemical composition and properties:

- Formula: Fe2(SO4)3

- Form: aqueous solution approx. 42%

- Freezing point < - 30 ºC

- Total iron – 11.6 ÷ 13.0%

- Fe2+ iron ≤ 0,7 %

Heavy metal content:

- Lead (Pb) - up to 0.5 mg/kg

- Cadmium (Cd) - up to 0.5 mg/kg

- Chromium (Cr) - up to 5 mg/kg

- Nickel (Ni) - up to 25 mg/kg

- Zinc (Zn) - up to 20 mg/kg

- Mangan (Mn) - do 300 mg/kg

- Copper (Cu) - up to 1.0 mg/kg

Purchase and current delivery of polyaluminium chloride up to 650 Mg for the "WARTA" S.A. Sewage Treatment Plant in Częstochowa.

Polyaluminum chloride is used to combat the growth of filamentous bacteria with the following technical parameters:

- Al2O3 - 17,0±0,6%

- Al+3 - 9.0±0.3%

- Chlorides (Cl-) - 21.0±2.0%

- Zasadowość - 41,0±3%

- pH - 1,0±0,2

- Density in kg/m3 - (20°C) 1360±10

- Viscosity - (20°C) approx. 20 m belt

The Ordering Party reserves the right to constant control of the above-mentioned parameters

4. Scope of the contract:

1) Successive, continuous supply of coagulant, for which the Contractor is responsible.

2) The delivery dates of ferric sulphate and polyaluminium chloride shall be determined by the Contractor on the basis of a continuous, remote control of the quantity / level of coagulant / ferric sulphate / polyaluminium chloride / installed by the Contractor in the tanks of dosing installations in the Central Sewage Treatment Plant in Częstochowa
