The object of the service is the supply of glasses and porcelain in four lots (Lot 1: Glasses, Lot 2: Porcelain, Lot 3: Balanced Porcelain, Lot 4: Printed Cups) to the offices of the university catering and the administration.
The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with up to four companies.
Duration: 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024 with the three-time option for extension by one year.
6-month notice period at the end of the respective contract period, otherwise automatic renewal.
The contract ends automatically, but no later than 31.03.2027, without the need for termination. The contract shall also end before the expiry of the abovementioned period when the total quota per lot specified in the procurement documents is reached.

Duration: 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024 with the three-time option for extension by one year.

The contract ends automatically, but no later than 31.03.2027, without the need for termination. The contract ends when the total quota of € 3,200,000 net for Lot 3 is reached, even before expiry of the above-mentioned period.
Procurement for the Munich Student Union - Lot 4: Printed cupsThe object of the service is the supply of Lot 4: Printed cups to the operating points of the university catering and the administration.
Duration: 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024 with the three-time option for extension by one year.

The contract ends automatically, but no later than 31.03.2027, without the need for termination. The contract ends when the total quota of € 45,000 net for Lot 4 has been reached, even before expiry of the above-mentioned period.
