Action “New Ways — New Opportunities”
The subject of the measure pursuant to Section 16 (1) of the German Social Code (SGB II) in conjunction with Section 45 (1) sentence 1 (1) SGB III is the combination of elements to:
- Introducing the training and labor market as well
- Identify, reduce or remove obstacles to placement.
The target group is usually employable beneficiaries who have applied for ALG II and are classified as not yet close to integration. An assignment is made after initial consultation by the demand provider.
In addition, participants who do not have sufficient data can be assigned if necessary, e.g.
— existing customers without profiling,
— employable beneficiaries who redirect to an existing community of needs, or
— Committed from other cities that were previously in the SGB II benefit.
The aim is to provide the customer with comprehensive information on new customers and necessary information for further mediation efforts at the beginning of the initial consultation.
Furthermore, the participants' own efforts are to be called for and promoted and a sustainable strengthening of their own initiative is to be achieved.
The measure is divided into a one-week basic module, which is identical for all participants, and into 2 different modular modules.
The modules start on Tuesdays and take a total of 9 and 14 working days, respectively, and are offered in the morning and afternoon areas. This means that the measure always ends at the same time on Friday.
Every week on Tuesday, 30 customers are expected to move from the basic module to the advanced modules. 2 customers per week will probably only visit the basic module due to performance limitations.
An entry into the basic module will be possible for 15 participants on Mondays and Tuesdays, which corresponds to a total of 1500 participants for 50 calendar weeks (excluding Christmas and New Year's Eve).
