This consultation is launched according to the procedure: open call for tenders - Articles R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to 5 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement concerns all maintenance services and associated supplies, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and domestic hot water installations on the buildings of the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis and various buildings City of Nice.

Framework agreement with purchase orders.

Minimum: 50,000.00 EUR, maximum: no maximum in value in EUR excluding VAT.

Duration (excluding renewal): twelve months.

Start of the contract: upon notification of the contract. The execution time for each service is indicated in the order form or, where applicable, in the CCTP. The market is placed in grouping of orders. The coordinator of the Métropole NCA group assigns, signs and notifies.

The members of the group are: Métropole NCA and Ville de Nice.

Description of the command group:

- Metropolis NCA: 70% (minimum EUR 35,000, no maximum),

- City of Nice: 30% (minimum EUR 15,000, no maximum).
