The competition is for the delivery of fresh fish and fish products to the contracting authority's user places. The Framework Agreement shall at all times cover the contracting authority’s need for such products.
Tenderers are encouraged to ask questions about the procurement documents within the stated deadline.
A contract for the procurement of fresh fish and meat fish products. Frozen fish products are not included in the contract.
The contract includes whole and cut fish, processed fish products as well as all types of seafood. The contract also includes an obligation to deliver cut fish in accordance with further specification. Seasonal products are also included in the price and product sheet. E.g. lutefisk (dried codfish prepared in a potash lye) and mackerel. Relevant products must be delivered without pin bones. The products must be fresh, raw materials, not previously frozen and then thawed.
All products are requested delivered in recycling packaging, not paper/disposable packaging.
There will be separate tender competitions for the following product groups:
— Groceries and provisions (including frozen fish products),
— Bread and bakery products,
— Fresh meat and meat products,
— Vegetables, fruit and berries,
— Dairy products.
The contract that is signed will primarily be a contract for the units that produce food for delivery to nursing homes/institutions and for persons living at home. Other entities at the contracting authority, such as for e.g. schools, nursery schools, cafes, day centres and rehabilitation centres shall, if desired, be able to order on the contract upon request at contract prices. The contract will not be obligatory for these other units.
