The subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in round-the-clock maintenance of cleanliness in the rooms used by SPZZOZ in Wyszków, including: a) washing, b) cleaning, c) cleaning of various surfaces, d) maintenance of floors (panels, parquet, PVC, terracotta, carpet), e) window cleaning, f) washing and disinfection of devices intended for hydrotherapy in the Medical Rehabilitation Institution g) disinfection, h) disinfestation and deratization, i) transport of medical and municipal waste, segregated from the places of their generation to designated storage places, j) washing and disinfection of computer and RTV equipment, k) transport of clean and dirty underwear, l) keeping a clothing deposit, m) assistance in hygienic and nursing activities for patients, n) transport and auxiliary activities, o) other activities related to maintaining order and cleanliness, p) maintaining order at containers on the premises of the plant, (q) provision of entrance mats, (r) continuous monitoring for insects and rodents. 3. Description of the subject of the contract are Annexes 1.1 to 1.13.
