The Framework Agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders for Lots 1 and 2 and also the conclusion of subsequent contracts for Lot 2 under the conditions of the specifications. Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded on or after 1 April 2024 or the date of its notification, whichever is later. The initial period of the framework agreement is 3 years. The renewal period is 1 year. The maximum amount for the initial period is €450,000 excl. VAT for Lot 1 and €900,000 excl. VAT for Lot 2. The maximum amount for the renewal period is €200,000 excl. VAT for Lot 1 and €300,000 excl. VAT for Lot 2
